that's pretty funny.. That can't be real at all lol.. the fastest I know of is that p4 chip that hit like 5.25g or something..

That is scientifically impossible, the frequencies can't be that high on that architecture, not without hitting a few thousand degrees celsius.

The fastest I know of was 3.8Ghz which was oc from 3.4

i read an article that had an oc of somehting like 5.4 where they had some way out cooling where frost was covering the cpu. how it didn't short it out is beyond me!!
