How is that for OC'ing? In reading some reviews some of the people said they had some issues...

Better than DDR2 800 5-5-5-15 cas 5

These are better spec'ed, either that or you can get the OCZ Reaper 4gb DDR2 800 4-4-4-15, Veedubfreak has these too, and they overclock well since his rig is at high speeds

Also most of those reviewers are idiots

Also is this an ok PSU. It's modular, 720W, and has 4 rails..

Usually 1 Rail is better than 4, but that is a good deal, so its fine

The RAM is also fine

i don't know much but looks like a good rig
