Thanks for the advice, do any of those mobo have a cpu heat sensor or any kind of sensors? or is that not something any motherboard has?

they all do now, if you go into the bios you can find the temps

Ok thanks now for my power supply, If I have a lets say 350 watt now, could i go with a 450 watt or something larger? or does it have to be a certain wattage. Why do you recommend new ram? Is it because when you oc your cpu you oc your ram too? And a quality brand would be better?

if you wanted new ram but i just checked your sig and you have pc3200 which is fine. If you have a few fans i would recommend a True Power 400w from Antec.

You overclock the ram when you change the FSB (front side bus) but it is unaffected if you change the multiplier

does your ram get hot when you oc?

the ram really doesnt overheat, it will get unstable because it needs more power
