Well my cpu came in today and my mobo should be here tomorrow. Final spec list for my new build is as follows:

E7200 wolfdale
2gig DDr2 OCZ Gold's
Biostar p45 TForce mobo
Radeon HD 4850

I'm hoping for around 12k or so on 3dmark with now overclocking. What do you guys think?

with overclocking you should be past 12k

welp.. i'm os'less.. stupid trial of server 08 is being stupid!! and my vista x64 is in "polski" and i have no idea what language that is.. and my language packs ARENT WORKING... and in windows update.. there is no english language!

anyway wtf I am having problems with my CPU score. I am only getting 5200-5300 cpu points with my quad at 3.7ghz

I should be getting another 300-500 pts at least I dropped the multi from 9 to 8 and am now running 463x8 instead of 412x9 but that didn't seem to do a thing!

thats about the same cpu score I get when Im OC'ed to that or around 3.9 sad to say...

I read something crazy, don't have the link, but early reports say that the 4870 X2 in crossfire X score over X1200 in Vantage mark.

he's speaking of my vista x64.. the language was in polski.. so i can't really use it

what do you think of your q6700, nos?
worth a change from the q6600 if i had to pay, say.....75 bucks difference?
