That depends on what device we are talking about. No offense to your opinion, nor Apple... but their Macbook Air hardly delivers at the price tag. You can get an XPS that is "slightly" heavier that has a faster drive with over 3x more space, an integrated optical drive, 1GB more ram at about $300 less than the Air. With some of their products they try way to hard to deliver "style" within their price tag.

As far as my preference of laptop brands:

1) Acer (If you ever check out the Acer Aspire, you'll understand... )
2) HP
3) Dell
4) Toshiba
5) Sony

acer's look gross, suck to take apart, have bad warrenty's, crash a lot, and are bad in my experiences.

and to every one who hates on apples, maximumpc did a review of the apple laptops, and one of the only thigns they had a problem wiht (on the macbook pro) was that the screen didn't fold down enough.. and i'm being completely serious about that. lol.

I agree about the air... the price is insane, But I guess there are certain people who will pay for thin-ness (the screen looks great on the air for some reason)
