CPU Fan Error, Stuck in Bios

K I boot up my computer and then it says this (ASUS Motherboard/American Systems (or something like that) Bios).

CPU Fan Error
Chasis Intruded
Fatal Error... System Haulted

I just put the computer back together so by this i'm guessing it means that I didnt secure the CPU Chip/Fan properly. Would I be right in this? or is the real problem something else?

GO into your BIOS, and there should be an option you can enable/disable (disable in your case) case open status (or something along those lines, can't really remember). Look for something about case being open, and disable it.

You should also double check to make sure you mounted the hs/f correctly, as well.
