If you plan on watercooling the LT x48 is better, air cooling stick with the DK x48 due to the funky northbridge cooler that comes with the LT.

speaking of funky northbridge cooling, have you seen the NB cooler on the MSI P45 ddr2/ddr3 combo board? that thing is funny looking.
