It sounds like an exaggeration of what the packet prioritizing they were trying to get passed earlier. I'm not convinced--closed source would kill the internet and nobody wants that it's bad for business.

Never going to happen, the Internet is two valuable to business to allow such a thing to happen. This is one of the Big Brother ideas that has been bandied round the net I can recall some one saying by now we will have to submit a search to the government an then they would provide us with the results that they wanted us to see, has that happened...
