each one has its pros and cons.

the 8800 ive "heard" is faster then the 9600 GT but not by much.
Reason why i kinda lean away from it cause ive heard she gets super hot

I WOULD go with the 9800 GTX BUT this card is WAY to long to fit in my case safely with the heat it puts out.

I just want to be able to play some CoD4 on high graphics. well and EQ2 but i know if i can rock CoD4 i can pwn eq2.

asus 9600 gt plays cod4 on high and is the cheapest there, but you might want to upgrade if you have a rather large screen...

i thought most 8 series and like all 9 series cards were the same length?

anyway, like gurusan said, the new 4850 will stomp all over any of the cards you listed and is only $200
