nope. went with the asus p5q pro. the 8 phase power sold me. i liked the colors of the biostar, but the asus looks frikkin sweet too. and i was unsure that the HSF i got was gonna fit over the biostar's add-on northbridge hsf after puddle jumper brought it up.
i think the asus will serve me well.
 
You will most likely be pleased with the Asus. It will take you a short while to get used to ocing intel after amd (i did this going from a dfi lp nf4 to a Asus P5B 965P motherboard). but the overclocking features are very straightforward.

The only downside to Asus is their website! The servers are on 56k or something, and it's been like this for years!!!
