New self-built PC... no visual??

I hooked everything together, and turn it on... Monitor get no signal. I don't know why. I tried 2 monitor, 3 GPU and 2 PSU and none of them worked. I am hoping it is not the motherboard that is deffective. Help this newb please (>_<)

and when it does beep.. how many beeps, and how long does it beep

I did put in the "beeper", but no beep.

sounds like it could possibly be a dead mobo

Everything turn on. All fan, LED, and even got the sound of the CPU+motherboard doing their thing when boot up. Just nothing on monitor.

The only thing I am not sure is that, the GPU fan turn on (3850) but a 3870 fan wouldn't turn on. However, if I leave it on for awhile, the 3870 still can get hot, which means the power is fine... it is just not displaying anything.

an no beep codes huh??? there should be a beep code if it turns on... its not even getting to post since it didnt peep...

that.. or ur sound beep isnt working

I checked the beep device when I got home, and it should be placed right.

I guess it is a dead board? Are there any other possibility? I really want to avoid taking the whole thing apart and send it back =(

problem solved... there was a power wire not attached (detached?) at the CPU area =/ Feel stupid now.
