I recently decided to play some games in my pc
I regret
Every time i am trying to play the pc cracks down or restarts without permission in the middle of the game with a strange noise from the speakers.
I formatted my HD and i installed new oparating system and nothing changed
I changed my video card from a GeForce MX 4400 to a GeForce Fx 5700 but nothing changed
I disabled all the USBs with the same IRQ with the video card but nothing.
If someone knows something please help.

Okay so is this ONLY happening when you play games. Try downloading a utility (or maybe you already have one??) to monitor your CPU temperature. It may be overheating and shutting down. How much ram do you have?

Im thinking (if its not teh CPU overheating) that the main cause of this could be the mobo. I rememeber a friend of mine had a problem similair to this and it ended up being the motherboard.

really sounds like an overheating issue and might want to think about getting some aftermarket cooling. Also whats your RAM? and other system specs?

I have 512 DDR
MOBO Gigabyte Pentium4 Titan 667 Ga-8PE667 Ultra/Pro
As for the overheating,i' ll check it.

some how my reply to your last reply got put before your reply. odd. i'm sooo confused....not

still sounds like an overheating issue. 256 Ram is not that much esp' if you are playing any of the newer games.
