Gimmick... they'll say anything to get you to buy something..

but 17 amps each on the 12v Rails is fair, however I recommend finding that case without the PSU and buy a new one separately, because if you want to overclock both, you'd be really pushing it

Depends on the person... usually they tell you that, so that you're prepared to not have the accessories

usually most people will give back the accessories and IO Shield Plate, some don't

Worse come to worse, you can just buy the parts, but its really likely you'll get most of the necessary stuff
