What is your budget for your new system? If you are willing to overclock the Intel E2180 has incredible price/performance.

honestly I want to spend around 500...

SLI would be nice...not a must. I would settle for a 8800GTS card...

what would the BEST bargain processor/mobo combo be out there ??

I also need a case/psu/fans ... which are the biggest investment(because they can carry over to my next build)...but don't really do anything for me right now cuz I'm on a budget

I know its best to look @ like a $50 roswell psu and then buy a case or whatnot...but are there ANY cases that come with a reliable PSU ???

I don't really need much more than 120GB storage...

the computer will be used primarily to play AoC :)

ok whats a good cheap mobo for a x2 4600 ??

I've read the giggabyte bios can't be overclocked ??

Don't get the X2 4600+

Its a good CPU nonetheless, but the issue is its 90nm, so its temps aren't as good compared to a 65nm

if you want a good AMD CPU, check out an X2 3600+ with a Biostar 780g, which overclock well

and whomever told you that you can't overclock a Gigabyte is a moron... I mean I recommend Gigabyte boards all the time... and those ones are engineered for overclocking
