How do you remove the IO panel? so that the motherboard fits?

I believe its called IO panel, its a little aluminum thing that goes on the back of the computer where the usb and everything goes.

I dont want to force it too much, I am scared of it damaging the case.
 
I think you just push on it to remove.

BTW - I think you push it inwards, push it from the outside of the case towards to the inside. Start with a corner first.
 
yep no way of removing it without a little force, it will make a SNAP sound as it comes unstuck but dont worry, ive done it two or three times in the last 2 years and everything was fine.
You will find getting it back in nicely is actually harder than getting it out!
Little tip, if your taking the motherboard out make sure when your putting everything back that you put this panel back in FIRST, before your motherboard, otherwise it wont fit.
 
Be very carefull of your fingers when going about it, the edges are very sharp.

I just use the butt-end of a screwdriver to tap the corners to get 'em out. Same with getting 'em in, lol.
 
Ya, it should be in there fairly good. Just smack it with a screwdriver or something. It should be pushed into the case.
