9800gx2 and q9450

This is something weird i noticed about my system. When i played games on my 22" samsung monitor i was able to run crysis at high settings in dx10 no problem, my q9450 was at stock 2.6ghz, now that i over clocked it to a stable 3.5ghz i run crysis at extra high on my 32" samsung at 1960x1080 with smooth fps. The weird thing is my computer runs games at a better fps on my 32" resolution in games like Cod4,wow,fable,Tf2 then it did on my 22". On my 22" i saw allot of screen tearing and what some people call "the jitters".

maybe because you overclocked it? lol

and screen tearing.. maybe ur 22 inch monitor just had problems... try turning on vsync

1080p is a lower resolution then 1600x1200. so your fps will go up a litle also you over clocked it so its a no brainer.

1924000 pixels = 1600x1200

1764000 = 1680x1050

1080p is larger
