Which would be a better processor to get?

Intel Q6600 or Intel E8200

q6600 hands down, the e8200's Multiplier can limit in overclocking past 4.0ghz like the e8400 and e8500

if you want a Wolfdale get one of those, but otherwise get the q6600

and just so you know 500 series nForce boards are probably crap with overclocking quads

So should I got intel quad or duo?

if you are going to be gaming for the most part, the 8400 wipes the floor with the 6600.
if you are going to be multi tasking a lot, the quad would be the obvious better choice.
you'd have to be multi tasking a lot for it to be, IMO.

I think I'd go with the E8400 then. I don't multitask too, too often. How well does the E8400 overclock?

Around 4.0ghz, but don't whine about it like other people on this forum have if you don't get to 4.0ghz
