Any Better deals you guys see out there??

THE ONLY thing I'm a bit weary of is that the NEW video cards are coming out soon... Would I see better performance from a SINGLE one of the new cards over my SLI 8800GT's ?? (for around the same price) If so I might just pick up a single EVGA 8800GTS and step up later...

As far as i know there is no good reviews out on the new cards. So just wait man. Plus get a faster hard drive like the 7200.11. I hope you have a 22" monitor or bigger for sli. Also get a xigamatek rifle cooler.

If you are really unsure, just give yourself another week and wait to see what the final analysis of the new cards is. Then make your decision. As far as what you have, 2 8800GT's will have great performance for any game out currently and will more than likely last another year or two on max settings before the need to upgrade video cards again. If you are really uneasy about things, you can get 1 9800GTX (which is a very fast and great card) and then if you feel you need the SLI boost in the future, get a second 9800GTX once the price drops quite a bit. That would probably be your best SLI option for lasting the longest, but it may be more expensive.

The rest of the parts look great!

Oh wow, good catch Sora. I looked and saw it was only a 7200.10, but I didn't even notice he picked an IDE drive. Upgrade that to SATA and possibly a 7200.11 if the firmware issue has been fixed.

looks fine except for the ATA Drive and the IDE DVD-RW Drive and GTX 260 and 280 will probably be better than 2 8800gt's, but just buy it and live with it!!

looks good, but remember mail in rebates don't always work, I've never gotten anything back from one. Also buying a video card right now isn't the best idea because of the new ones coming out at the end of the month which will probilby lead to a price drop on some of the 8800's, and 9800's (and others) which are the best for gaming.
