USB-TV-tunner for sony laptop with XP?

Which USB-TV tunner can you suggest for the sony laptop with WinXP?
I need something USB based and as cheap as possible?

You can pretty much use any usb TV tuner... I would not suggest USB over Internal PCI... however, here is one that looks nicer than the rest. Newegg.com - Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-950 for Mac's and PC's 1145 Digital and analog USB TV Stick - TV Tuners & Video Devices

not the cheapest... but certainly not the most expensive... It's important not to go cheap here. Because TV Tuners are known for not working correctly.. or at all
