From your CPU-z it looks like your CPU is speedstepping, or throttling down when not in full use. Mine was doing that also, if you're going to overclock I'd probably disable speed step in your bios.
Alright I did alot of research yesterday and got it to 3.2, but I wanted to see if you guys think my settings are alright. Also realtemp isn't reading my 45nm quad correctly, or atleast I don't think it is reading it correctly, here is the picture:
You can get the wallpapers at deviantart.com, type in your screen resolution on the search bar at deviantart.com and you can get alot of cool wallpapers that fit your screen resolution. So for example search 1650x1080 and you get alot of cool wallpapters.
But back on the subject, I am going to disable speedstep when I get home, will that fix my temps cause when I ran prime95, my temps for cores 0,1,2 stayed the same and didnt move at all, but core 4 was the only one going up and down in heat. 60 degrees looks a little high for cores 0,1,2 doesn't it?
Ok, I disabled C1E and SpeedStep, and my temperatures are still the same. Do my temperatures even look funny to anyone else, almost a 30 degrees difference between cores 0,1,2 and core 3. Here is another picture....
