hello, when windows update downloads new files in which folder does it store them? so i could burn them on a cd and i wont have to re download them every time i reformat ma computer.thanks alot

Ok here is what you want to do:

Basically the easiest way to do this is you need 1 file. I'm not going to go through the steps to apply a patch to windows so when you install the cd the patches are done, but all you really need is Service Pack 2 network edition. SP2's network official edition was release last week and it works great. What you want to do is download this 400mb file (I hope you're on broadband ) burn it to a cd and install it once windows is up. I would suggest just reformatting, install the servicepack, and ghost it. Game over oh and here's the link for SP2:
