The 6800gt and 6800Ultra but not the 6800gs (its around 8500gt and 7300gt level) ^^

but sometimes the 8600gts beats the 7950gt in Shader Intensive games like Stalker, but not many other games (I think Newegg has it for around $55)

Don't get a 8600gt 1gb. Anything over 512mb of memory is pointless on that card. The 8600gt 1gb may even be slower than the 8600gt 512mb.

If your budget permits it I recommend getting a 8800gs. It is considerably faster than the 8600gt.

Newegg.com - EVGA 384-P3-N851-AR GeForce 8800 GS 384MB 192-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

theres also a Diamond HD 3850 512mb going around for $100

EDIT Forgot about that rebate... stick with the GS

Thats why I compared them to 8500gt

But there is a huge jump from an 8500gt to 8600gts in games (even to the 8600gt)

Sorry for not really making myself clearer,I seen you compared the GS to the 8500 but as soon as you unlock the pipes and oc the GS they were beating the GT's and they still don't come close to the 8600 series.
