help please assistance needed!

ok my back-up pc got ninja looted due to a fight between me and a friend so now Ive got a back-up that is short a power supply and video card so what I plan on doing is haveing another friend give me a 650 watt and i wanna put a 1950 pro 512 that i have in it but the problem is I removed the thermal paste and such to attach a different fan and ram sinks and i ended up puting them on wrong so i need to know if i wanted to attach the old fan to it again what kind of thermal compond (ie. tape, grease, paste)should i use for the different parts im really in a jam so please help me

your post was kinda confusing
but here is what I got.
you got a video card that you want to put into your backup PC
but you removed the heat sink / fan before now you want to put it(or custom one) back on
asking what thermal stuff you should apply to the video card heat sink

if I am correct
just the same thing you'd put on a CPU

whats recommended now?

I get confused cause of similar name =\
but I think either one would be good.

another thing are there any after maket coolers still made for the 1950 pro
