well i have hardly encountered the word over clocking ....
so it there ne problem with it..

Basically you just increase the frequency of the card to get better performance. Most if not all cards come from the factory with a bit more in them....For example you just use a piece of software like rivatuner to increase the core clock from 700 to 800, and voila your card is 100mhz faster
You just need to test for stability and keep an eye on temperatures, and it's free performance.
