Ah the good ol' days of DOS and the KQ/Quest for Glory series.
I can remember the days well...

Keystrokes rule all.
C:\ cd sierra
C:\SIERRA\ cd qfg2
C:\SIERRA\QFG2\ qfgvga.exe

Mmm I remember we had... Dos 4.1... So stable!

Took the words right out of my mouth. :D

And Quest for glory rocked. Hell, I'm trying to figure out how to get it to work on my current machine, but I can't seem to get any sound. I'd love to play thru the whole series again just for the heck of it.

Yeah I think I'll get back into that too. While waiting for money to fix my main computer, I can play it on my old laptop. Wee!

I used to use an old 166 MHz, before I got the one I use now. That thing blue screened at least 4 times a day, and I was always getting booted from the net.

My first pc was a Packard Bell Pc 100. I think it had 32 mb of ram. I played games like simcity on it and downloaded about 5 songs from napster until my hd filled up too much. Windows 3.1 all the way.

well, we used to have an apple. 1MB hard drive. dont know the clock speed but all it could basically do was type and play chess. lol.
