Big Msi Unistall Problem!

Hey guys,

Everytime while uninstalling OfficeXP or V2i, it displays the usual:"Preparing to remove/Gathering required information". After a short time my PC reboots suddenly without saving settings(just like pushing reset button)

Please can anyone help me???

There will be an event log entry under software. Please post what it says. It should be for the MsiInstaller Source. ALso, you might have a minidump entry at the same timeline in the system log.

Description: Unable to register FRANS(my pc name) with service principal name of V2i Protector Agent 2.0.

another error few days earlier:

Product: V2i Protector 2.0 -- Error 1313.The volume A:\ is currently unavailable. Please select another.

I solved the problem!!!!!!

I just deleted all folders, and all registry items, and now it's gone!!
