My computer was running perfect. I got a new motherboard. Installed windows. My sis brought her laptop home, and it was freezing up every few seconds and very very very slow, and about a day after that, my new os is doing the same. Ive had to reformat a few times. So i think it could be a virus. BUT, an error stops me from installing avg or nod32, so i cant even install an antivirus to stop what i think is a virus. Any help?

Memtest86+, google, download, burn ISO to disk, boot off of it, allow it to run for minimum of four hours.
