GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS4 any good?

The GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS4 was suggested to me for my Q6600 and I was just wondering how you guys think this motherboard hold up against:

680I
P35-DS3L
DFI Lanparty DK

In terms of Overclocking, compatability with the Q6600, and Cooling?

Its meant to be a good general motherboard. Some people complaining about them on NewEgg but i dont trust them. I prefer Asus boards but anyway...

Well I have my computer that I want pretty much ready to order I just cant seem to figure out what motherboard to get...its so hard to choose one...I just want one that will overclock my q6600 to 3.6 thats all I really care about...after hours and hours of searching I dont really think ill care about SLI...

I just need some good reasoning on a CHEAP(under $200 the less the better) Motherboard that can get what I need done and last awhile....

You could also look at the DFI bloodiron P35 board for 120 bucks...

If your not going to SLi/Crossfire then don't bother buying a motherboard with those features. The Gigabyte DS3L and DFI Bloodiron will offer the same performance as those others without the huge price.

ds3l. its 90 bucks, and will OC like a champ. I have the ds3r which is the ds3l with raid support, and i loved it until it died, but thats another story! ha.
