Asus k8v deluxe AMD 64 3200 combo?

Hello All i'm new to this forum, but i am anxious to hear your opinions.

I was thinking about getting an Asus k8v deluxe mother board with a AMD 64 3200 processor and i was wondering what your opinions of the two were?

So if you only have info on one of them still feel free to post, as any info you have will be extremely helpfull to me.

sounds good, asus mobos are good, no doubd, and amd good gaming proc. What are the rest of your specs?

haven't decided much on that yet but i probably going to have 1gb of ddr 400 ram, ati 9800 vid card and not sure on a sound card yet

Like I said earlier haven't decided. I'm building this computer from the ground up so and suggestions on good mem, vid card, etc would be more than welcome.

I do a lot of gaming so thats what i'm trying to talior it for.

Got Cosair XMS memory paired with the Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT. That currently is the best deal you can get for gaming. Ad an Audigy 2 ZS Gamers edition in there too.

What do you guys think of the ATI Radeon 9800 256mb vid card?
