well here it is, i think i could probably sell my system on to some one in my area for 1400$. I know pricey but im betting i could get it, if i do im looking at building this, also i wouldnt sell my tuniq tower. id have the stock and push for 3.0 oc.

now my quiestion is should i really, sell my rig with an 8800gt in it for 1400? and get this with a 9800gtx? would the upgrade, and hasle of selling the rig be worth it?\

Edit: would i be better putting in a 9600gt into my current rig to sell or would it be easier for me with the 8800 gt

Its worth it, but just put the 8800gt in it......

Q9450 is fine because you have a board that can do a high FSB, but you could go with a 750i FTW unless you really want to Tri-SLI that 9800gtx you're planning on buying

Btw Ballistix isn't good anymore... you should move on to low Cas 4gb Kits since you already have 64bit Vista

PSU is overkill... you could get away with a 650tx even with dual 9800gtx

im trying to keep cheep on the ram, and ncix still ships the good balistix, alltho i could geT a 2X2GB MUSHKIN KIT AT DDR800 AT 4-4-4-12. i like the psu to be overkill for futureproofing, and if i do decide to build this rig i may wait until, the new gt200 and 4*** series are released. looksl ike il head to best bu yand pick up the 8800gt for 199.

Maybe you should see if the HD48xx series or GTX series wins before you buy a SLI Chipset

true enough lol. well im gonna ether put in a 8800gt or a 8800gts see how it performs for me, and how i like it if i dont, il sell the system, and get a new one. im preaty power hungry lately so i doubt the 8800gts would be enough even.
