Hey, my mom has a Dell Dimension desktop computer. It's a couple years old, can't recall which model but it has a celeron processor and windows XP home edition.
When you try to delete a file, say a picture, one at a time, it does it fine. When you go to select several, it copies them and makes like several copies of each. Then you can delete the selected files. But each time you select more, it copies them! It's pretty retarted and I'm not quite sure what could/would cause it.
Any ideas, I'm thinking possibly windows has to be reinstalled, but my mom says it has done it since day 1. Not sure why she waited until NOW to tell me. But maybe it was installed wrong initially.
Thanks in advance!
