Point of View graphics cards, i've had two - from years back. An old ATI Radeon 9600XT, and another which i forgot. No issues, it ran cool and overclocked quite well
800 is 50% more than 533. So technically I would expect that ram to perform 50% faster than 533. I don't know if thats how it works but number-wise thats not a small difference at all.
