I was wondering if there is anything that gets rid of spyware for free that I can use because I have all kinds of spyware and pop-ups galore.

go into google and search for ad-aware, download it,and run it.

www.download.com is an easy stop on the first two and the third can be downloaded at the immunize screen in the "SpyBot Search & Destroy" program.

Oh yeah and start using a different browser than IE!

Becareful, though. Spyhunters can damage cirtain software that does allow for removal of it's spyware.
