questions with my new 750i ftw

I just got a new 750i ftw today in the mail! I have a few questions though. First off, i have 4 gigs of ballistix (the old ones). With the 750i the default voltage is 1.8v for the ram, and if i remember right ballistix is 2.1v or 2.2v (which?) so should i set it to +.3/.4 to reach that? Thats what i did with my ds3r, and it died in two weeks, i think because the ram slots fried (they had a discoloration after it died). The ram still works on my current ds3r where i left the voltages where they were.

Also, what are decent timings for the old type ballistix? mine are at 5 5 5 18, which sounds really high. I dont need the best, but i want decent timings.

If they're the old 2 sided ballistix they can run 4-3-3-8 at 2.2v pretty easily. I know mine did. Evga uses a different bios setup though, so i think you should just be able to set it to 2.2v not that +.4v crap on the gigabyte board.
