POWER supply question

im lookin to build a new computer but cant seem to find the right power supply. ill be overclockin, ram, graphic card, and cpu dont wanna spend to much. i can spear 80 dollars ahah...but yeah any more info you need to know so u can help me out just ask thankz guys/gals

I would get this DFI x38 motherboard which is cheaper than that p35 for some reason.
