Wait, so 4-4-4-12 is better than 5-5-5-15? The G-SKill is 5-5-5-15, and the Wintec is 4-4-4-12. I always thought that 5-5-5-15 was better? But I should go with the new mobo? I just want the highest probability to a successful overclocking due to this being my first time building a PC.

Lower timings are better.

I'm not sure what you should do regarding the motherboard. I have not been able to find any reviews of the new ones overclocking ability. It looks looks like it should be a good overclocker if you can disable DES.

Also this case looks good. It includes 2x120mm fans(with room for allot more) and is within you budget.

Those Wintecs actually are D9 Micron from what I've heard... must be good then

also lower timings and lower cas latency (meaning distance) is better

The Western Digital hard drive is better since it has a higher capacity and more cache.

That Raidmax case has a removable mobo tray which is a very nice feature. (and it looks awesome)
