MSI GX710 Platinum Notebook

Hello Good People of the world. I got a question or 2, maybe 3, lol. Has anyone reviewed the MSI GX710 notebook yet? I need to buy several but not sure if I should go barebones and build it or just buy the whole thing. Anyone have input?
