oh and also, i found this Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit English 1pk DSP OEI DVD - Operating Systems
it's vista home premium (just like the one you picked out for me but it's 64-bit and onlt $10 more, not sure if its much more significant)

Looks like a nice setup to me. Your mobo is an especially good choice, seeing as you're going to be overclocking your cpu. It offers pretty decent support/overclocking options :)
And yes your dvd drive will burn dvds and cds.
I wouldn't get the os you pointed out though, it's an OEM version, not good for home users! :)

In the meanwhile, you could still put that pentium 4 rig to use, and play cod4 on med settings at 1280x1024 with an hd 2600pro.

It looks good. If you don't plan on getting 4gb of ram there is no need for 64 bit, unless you want the option to run more ram in the future. Also you can download sp1 so there is no need to pay more for a version with it. OEM is fine the only difference between it and retail is it does not have a fancy box.

Alright, I'll stick with the OS you suggested, Puddle. And, unfortunately, Buying a new G-Card just for the mean time to play CoD: 4 is out of my budget, but thank you for the heads-up :)

A few reviews said that it's not good for overclocking, I think I'll stick with the original, thank you very much looking out for better parts :) :) :) :)

I was looking for different HDD, and I found this one, I believe that it's better than my original

New one: Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Old one: Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Newer one has 16mb cache, as opposed to 8mb, and also it had 320gb space versus 250gb, only $10.00 more.

Oh and also, (my life story) the case I had chosen is out of stock, could anyone point me to a good case (preferrably with 2x 120mm fans) for less than $69.99?

Wow, sorry for so many edits, but should I be looking for a mid-tower or full tower or what? So many choices haha

Screw what Newegg reviews say, they know nothing half the time

Take my word on this, the EP35-DS3L is the EXACTLY the same thing as the P35-DS3L except the EP35-DS3L has an EPU to consume less power
