best mb for intel p4?

My mobo, the Chaintech 9CJS Zenith, is one of the best OCing mobo's for the P4

Otherwise the ASUS and Abit boards you mentioned are just as good

i have a gigabyte board that works great and has been very good with overclocking also. plus its cheaper than asus or abit.

I'd suggest the Intel d875pbz board. Thats what I have my 2.8 in and it works great. Not to expensive eather. Or you could go with the Intel D865GBFL. Eather of the boards are solid boards.
