Windows Update worm removal tool

Has anyone gotten this notification from Windows Update?

I only ask because it looks a little different than the normal Windows Update dialog that I'm used to. I've looked the update # up and it's legit, it just seemed weird that it would tell me that my computer is most likely infected and I needed to download something.

Is it all legit?

I havnt received it, but it looks legit. Have you installed SP2 yet?

Na...I'm holding off on SP2 until I hear it's more or less free of bugs.

I figure it's fine, it just sounded kind of out of left field. Wondered if someone had found a way to exploit the Automatic Update feature in Windows or something.

I figured I'd just see what happened. It downloaded a 119k file then asked if I wanted an express or custom install. I chose express and the dialog went away. A few seconds later the update notification comes back up in my taskbate and the process starts over. I downloaded again and chose custom install this time and it keeps going in circles. Really strange......

I'm doing a full virus scan now to make sure I didn't get hosed.
