Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) - runs between 20-33 MHz and carries 32-bits at a time over a 124-pin connector or 64-bits over a 188-pin connector.
Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) - Gives 3D graphics cards faster access to main memory than PCI cards. It operates at 66MHz, doubled to 133MHz. If your motherboard supports AGP, go with an AGP card.
Video Graphics Array (VGA) - Original graphics board on the IBM PC. Don't use this one.
If you are only playing that one 3D golf game and nothing graphics intensive like Doom 3, that 9200SE will be fine.
