The Cooler master system is garbage

The Thermaltake is garbage

The Switech is the best one mentioned so far, but the cpu block is not designed to cool quad or dual core cpu's. As such it won't give the best performance.

As previously stated water cooling is an investment. It will last a long time and is not something you should skimp on.

Would you run your pc on a 250W Sparkle Power Supply?

Of course: Pentium III, 256 MB of samsung memory, 5 gb Diamond Max HD and a screaming 16 mb ISA video card!

Depends on it's age and model.

For example, PC Power and Cooling doesn't make all the psu's they sell. Some are made by Seasonic which is also an excellent brand.

yup and some Corsair PSUs are made by CWT, as are many of thermaltakes.
