I want an upgrade from my old pc. Im going to start by replacing the case, mobo and processor. I have the case, but want to knw if this processor will work with the mob.

well ive got a ati 9600....and it seems to be pretty good atm. I will upgrade to something awsome when i have the money! Any recomendatoins on 256mb ati cards?
