Do the fans on PSU's blow in or out?

Do the fans on PSU's blow in or out? Because I'm putting it on the bottom of my case and if it blows hot air up, well that can't be good.

the Fan facing the CPU sucks air in, into the power supply, the exterior fan blows air out, out of the power supply.

At least, that is for most power supplies.

i only have one fan sucking in from inside the case then air comes out the back of the psu.

IF its a psu with a single fan, it almost always pulls from inside the case and vents it out the rear. So bottom facing psu's can actually help cool the inside of the case a bit.
