Video Drivers for laptop?

I have a 9500M GS and I can't seem to find a driver for it anywhere

What type of laptop. Check the manufacturer's website. They should have them there.

You get laptop video drivers from the manufacturer, not from nvidia. FInd out what your make/model is and look it up on the manufacturer's website.
