Heya guys!
I had to reinstall windows on a new HDD because of Unmountable Boot Drive error which i came very close to losing all my data, i used Mega Sound Recorder to record music that came from my PC and any other sounds, directly by using Wave from speakers. It was not like a microphone option as the sound is crystal clear just like an audio track. But ever since reinstall, i have lost the device i used to record the sound from the device list and i dont even remember what it was, how can i resolve this issue, it is fairly urgent as it is for a film production in school and i need to rip some sound from a game.

P.S. Even the sound recorder that comes with windows doesnt work!
PPS I tried to update drivers in device manager with no luck!
