Typically I use TigerDirect.com just because their site tends to be a little cleaner, and they've been around enough.

Plus there's that chick on the first page. Gotta have a chick on a tech website...If NewEgg put a chick on their website (instead of a dorky egg), they'd do more business.

So I received my order a few days ago, but instead of sending me a 4 inch UV cc, they sent me a blue 4inch cc. I e-mailed on Sunday, didnt get a reply so I called them today (Tuesday afternoon.) The lady was super helpful and told me they are sending out the right UV cc today, and not to worry about sending the other one back. So, aside from not replying to my e-mail, the customer service was good.
