Upgrading intergrated graphics?

Oh that's great, thanks for the help, and do you just go into the Hardware> Device manager and disable the driver for the intergrated one, and then install the graphics card?

And is it better for me to get a x1 rather than just a PCI?

I also have a dell dimension 3100, and am looking for the best graphics card I can put in.

I have found this card:

Will this work with my computer? I think it's got the best specs out there as far as a dell dimension 3100 goes. It's a pci-e x1, and it's direct x10, with 256mb ram, and open gl 2.1.
