ic, well thats true but that video card is really expensive and if i get that that means that I would have to lower some other stuff. I want the case, it comes with a good cooling supply and ect. I will see if i can save up some more for the graphics card, other than the factors you mentioned, is everything else alright with my system? Also is my graphics card really that bad. Will it be able to play most 3D games. I really appreciate your help. Thank you very very much.

your gfx card is actually one of those "tv tuner" cards, so i dunno much about it

Oh really, i dont know much about them except that you need a card to play games, so can you give me a good card around that price( $ 185- $200).

Well, the only good card that is around that price is the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. Spend an extra $100 and you will get a card (6800) twice as good as a 9800 Pro.
