Cheap overclocking mobo?

Is there any sub-$100 worth getting? I want to overclock, I want to use my old DDR2 800 ram?

Thinking of buying a q6600, not sure what mobo to get.

Is the q6600 outdated? Or is the best bang for the buck right now?

The Gigabyte P35 DS3L is a great board and will be able to overclock a q6600. The Q6600 is not outdated and is the best bang for your buck.

Do you think this will FINALLY end the stuttering in oblivion? It definitally wasn't a ram problem, at time I had up to 2.5Gb and still stuttering every couple of seconds.

Will this CPU keep me happy for a while? Over a year?

If Oblivion is cpu dependent it will help allot. A Q6600 should last you a year since most programs still don't utilize all 4 cores.

could it be the driver your using for your gpu? I know I get it while playing some games. Until I moved to some new drivers
